2018 Vintage
Pitch black intensity, a complex dimensional wine displaying black pepper, cloves, leather , toast and ripe black cherry with smokey tarry secondary flavours turning to earthy musky flavours with time. A full bodied intense concentrated wine with subtle mouth filling ripe tannins and great length on the palate. A combination of the 4 natural earth elements and human passion to create the 5th element in liquid form, hence the name “5th Element”.
